Viktoriia-Anna Oliinyk
Viktoriia-Anna is an Analyst focusing on data collection and analysis, research related to labor laws and policies, as well as facilitating stakeholder engagement. She joined the team in January 2026, following the 2025 Bank Internship Program. Prior to joining WBL, she worked across international organizations, civil society, and legal practice, translating on‑the‑ground data into policy‑relevant analysis. Her experience includes comparative legal research, large‑scale data analysis and visualization, and engagement with governments and international financial institutions to inform evidence‑based reforms. As a Fulbright fellow, Vitana obtained master’s degree in International Relations from Maxwell School, and advanced certificates in Post-Conflict Reconstruction, and Data Analytics for Public Policy. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv, Ukraine. She is fluent in Ukrainian, English, German, and Russian, and is currently learning Dutch, French, and Polish.
