Feature Team Members

Samuel Olarte Baet is a World Bank retiree and has been a part of the Women, Business, and the Law team since November 2025. He also provides technical and logistical support to the entire team. He has served as a Contractor for IT Client Services and Video Conferencing at Artech to Mindlance and the World Bank ITSR3 F1 Group 2018-2025. He is recognized for delivering high-quality service, resolving technical issues, and supporting enterprise collaboration and event management. Before his retirement, he worked at the Embassy of the Philippines, Washington DC, as Communications Officer and Attache from 1995-1998. He also worked as a Program and IT Assistant for the Environment, Social and Governance Department (CES) from 1998-2014. He’s a BSECE undergraduate and speaks Tagalog.
