Feature Team Members

Noor Rahman is an Analyst with the Women, Business and the Law for the Enforcement Perceptions Pillar. Prior to joining WBL, Noor worked with the International Finance Corporation to expand AI-driven solutions for environmental and social due diligence among emerging markets. She also supported the World Bank’s Pakistan Gender Platform for over 3 years to enable research and policy reform for women’s economic empowerment. She holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Originally from Pakistan, Noor speaks Urdu, Punjabi and English.
