Hermann Ndoya Hegueu
Hermann Ndoya Hegueu is an Analyst with the Women, Business and the Law project. He supports the Research Quality and Assessment Team in evaluating the implementation of laws benchmarked by the project. He also contributes to data coding and the construction of indicators. Hermann joined the team in May 2025. Before this role, he worked with the World Bank’s Gender Global Practice under the Strengthening Gender Statistics project, and with the IFC’s Impact Development CDIFI Unit, where he contributed to the MSME Finance Gap Report. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Dschang and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Yaoundé II. Hermann is fluent in English and French.
