Feature Team Members

Ana Mikadze is a Analyst with the Women, Business and the Law project at the World Bank Group. She contributes to data collection, analysis, coding, and literature reviews focused on labor laws and policies. Ana joined the team in December 2024. Prior to this role, Ana worked on public opinion research and managed initiatives to promote democratic engagement and economic empowerment for underrepresented groups through USAID-funded programs. Ana holds a master’s degree in Data Science for Public Policy from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, where she was a Fulbright Scholar. She is fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.
